My kids love the hotcakes on the weekends and occasional happy meal. The food is of good and the service is fast but we have had wrong items sent at least 6 times this year. Today's incident looked like the hotcake stuck to the pan and the cook scraped it off the pan and put it in the tray anyway. I know my kids will still want food from there but their attention to detail is about 80% accurate.

They food is typically fast and tasty however this specific store has an issue with attention to detail. Today they forgot the hash browns in my egg McMuffin meal. But I order for the kids every weekend their hotcakes and about once a weekend they leave something out of the order.
