Steak egg cheese bagel was phenomonal - fresh, correct, tasty, and loaded. Sausage biscuit and hash browns were perfect too. This McDs is one of the best in Cincy. Always consistent and correct, quick, and fresh. Will order again

The French Fries are cold. They taste like they were not thoroughly cooked. The containers are halfway empty. The store also refused to give the dasher ketchup for the fries and told her we needed to pay for ketchup.

Normally This location had great food but this mornings was gross my drink was the wrong size and way to sweet when I ordered sugar free. My hashbrown was the only thing that was on point. The burritos were hard and the steak McGriddle tasted off like the meat might have been bad. Not a good breakfast this time around.

DON’T ORDER HERE !! IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS I WOULD!! Every McDonalds has gotten everything right except this one !!! I HAVE ORDERED HERE 3 TIMES AND IVE HAD FOOD MISSING EVERYTIME ! THIS TIME I ORDERED 2 MEDIUM BIG MAC MEALS AND THE FRIES WERE MISSING FOR BOTH OF THEM !!! NUGGETS TASTED OLD AND THERE WAS NO BIG MAC SAUCE ON THE BIG MAC ! AND THE DRINKS WERE SMALL AND ON TOP OF THAT! THEY WERE THE WRONG DRINKS ! AND I WAS BEING VERY THOUGHTFUL THE FIRST 2 TIMES BUT 3 TIMES ! THE FIRST TIME I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WAS WHEN I ORDERED BREAKFAST IN THE MORNING AND THERE WAS NO PANCAKES AND THEY’RE WERE SEVERAL ITEMS MISSING AND THE FOOD WAS BURNT !!!
