The fries weren't full, seemed like a ton of fries were missing, and they had no salt on them. The quarter pounder was soggy and very very messy, not made with care. My Ranch Snack Wrap® was not ranch it was some other flavor.

They did a good job packing and cooking our meal . My only complaints are as follows : The big breakfast meal should have the option of substituting the sausage patty for bacon instead of having to buy the bacon separately which paying separately for it is expensive. The egg McMuffin is tiny , you really don't get much out of it for what you pay .

fries half full old and gross and cold plus I got the hard crispy bits of the fries, burger was dry, usually ok but disappointing today

We were missing a whole fry AND a drink. The two medium fries we did get were barely more than half full. They did not send a single sauce with the food, and we got mostly chicken nuggets. I am not one to complain, especially over food, but it was over $50 (family of 5) and it was frustrating to me to have so many things wrong with the order.

Ordered the Big Mac pack and a drink, got the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich Meal free. The sandwich was surprisingly spicy and all food was good. They remembered to send my dipping sauces this time! They sent food package taped shut, and I really appreciate that!
