My son loves this restaurant and this is the only meal he will eat. Thank you for making it the way he likes.

I got no syrup with my pancakes. The steak was small and dry, not worth the money at all. wow. this breakfast cost me $ 25.00 and totally was unsatisfied.

Both of my bagels taste as if they have been sitting out for a short time and thrown together, the steak,egg and cheese portion were horrible, got the extra sauce right and my Hash Browns were undercooked

Quality control at this location is a serious issue, and this isn’t the first time we’ve had problems. We ordered three Big Breakfasts with Hotcakes, a Sausage McMuffin meal, a Sausage McGriddles meal, 10 hash browns, and 10 ketchup packets. We received only three hash browns, no drinks (a small coffee and large Dr Pepper), no ketchup, and no syrup or butter for any of the hotcakes. We also received two Sausage McGriddles instead of one McGriddles and one McMuffin.
The strangest part was a stack of 12 empty, unused hash brown wrappers. There was no grease on them or any indication they had ever contained food. The bags arrived sealed, so this was a restaurant packing issue, not the DoorDash driver taking anything.
Someone should be checking orders before sealing the bags. After repeated issues, we will never order takeout from this location again.

i paid 10$ for a large shake to be delivered 1 mile from the store and they gave me a SMALL. not the dashers fault at all because they can't open the bags
