When I first opened my sandwich, I thought they'd sent sausage instead of steak. The patty was the exact same size as a sausage patty. I've ordered steak several times before, and they've always been considerably thicker than this. It was way smaller than the bagel bun. Also, it was void of any discernable flavor. Will not be ordering it again.

Food was cold and bagel was hard the hash brown was really cold with frozen bits in it. My mocha frappe was supposed to have extra whipped cream and there was barely any. It was supposed to have extra mocha drizzle and Oreo which I paid extra for yet it was just a plain mocha frappe. I'm very disappointed.

Finally tried the Big Arch.. should be called the Big Disappointment. Tastes like a Big Mac without the better savory flavor. The large chunks of onion is annoying, and the different bun and the crispy onions did nothing to help salvage it.

My 10 pc. Chicken McNuggets® Meal are hard and dry. I probably won't order them again. Thankfully there were 10 nuggets in the box.
