The fries where same temperature as my drink and only half full. The burger was very sloppy and tasteless. I never had an problem but basically paid $20 for old Big Mac and half order of stale nasty fries.

all of the items were old. the nuggets were rubbery, the fries tasted like they had been under the heat lamp for hours and the burger patties treated like they had laid on the griddle for hours. it was the worst meal in quite a while.

second time getting a chicken sandwich which was overcooked, too tough to chew and 1/3 smaller than the bun.

DoorDash driver had to wait for my order to be handed to him. He could see that it was ready, but the employee did not hand him the order so the food could arrive hot. He said this McDonald's is the only who does this repeatedly!

Mocha Frappé
Had big chunks of ice throughout the entire drink, which (obviously) makes it pretty hard to drink.
And absolutely no flavor to it. Tasted just like ice!
I even paid for extra mocha drizzle, and they put four pencils eraser sized drops on the lid. 🤦♀️
We had to end up throwing away both drinks, bc you literally couldn't drink them bc of the ice and taste.
