Always a great pizza arrived nice and hot the driver was cool and actually asked if I was who I was before she came right to the door or contact was brief she handed me a hot pizza and walked away and said thank you for buying from us very courteous young lady nice to have some kind of customer service in this era

This was probably the blandest pizza from Me-n-Eds, weve ever had. 1/3 of it was just crust... no sauce, cheese or toppings. It was only a 2 topping pizza, but there were multiple pieces with NO toppings on them!
This is just sad!! The cinnamon buns were pretty good!
I had no name deliver my pizza and *he did fine.

The garlic bread was VERY burnt, and the hot wings had barely any hot sauce on them. I normally really like the stuff they have but this is something else...

Imagine waiting an hour for you "great value, worth the price pizza" and it comes burnt and your 2 toddlers can't even eat it. I called the Willow store and spoke to 2 employees who then acted as if one was a manager. I asked for a remake and they said they won't do it since I ordered on DoorDash? How confusing considering DoorDash can't remake my pizza. I explained my frustration on the phone game of lying about acting like I was speaking to a manager and how I just simply needed a remake and would bring them their burnt pizza that I paid $20 for . I asked for a real manager they said ask for help at 6 mind you that's them expecting me to wait with a pizza for an hour. So pissed and disappointed never seen a company do this in years

large pepperoni was supposed to be original crust but arrive paper thin almost like cardboard but thinner with barely anything on it. don't plan on ordering anything from there again. it's gone downhill for the $$
