This was a chile verde Reg Burr and it's wet, of course. Well, it was simply wrapped in foil not placed on a plate or anything, so it was pretty wet through the bag when I got to it. The horchata was good, however, there wasn't even tape on the cup to signify that it wasn't tampered with. Something to definitely do better on. "Out of alllll the Michoacana Plus storefronts around this one is my ultimate favorite!
