I ordered the Pad See Ew with Tofu & extra veggies (Vegetarian) . Medium spicy. It was absolutely delicious! Perfect amount of spice! It could have been slightly spicier for me, but my young kids were able to eat it & only commented once on the spice & kept eating, so it is a kid friendly level of spice... 😅
The Fresh Spring Rolls with Tofu are always very good. I do wish they had some basil n mint, which I do think would level them up, but still very very good! I always get a side of their peanut dipping sauce as well, as I like the flavors of both the sweet sauce it usually comes with & the peanut sauce on these.
This is my favorite Thai place to eat in Wasilla, and would 100% recommend this place to family & friends!

Flavors of everything are very much umami and 5 star. Spicy preferences were executed perfectly. Only wish is that rice sides were bigger.
Ordered Kaeng Ped Yang (Duck Curry) , Mekong Chicken, and Yum Nua, with Thai Ice Drink.

Meekong makes my favorite Pho, and I appreciate how well they package it. The Pho always comes hot and fresh. You get a good portion and it can be split between two people. I would order again, and again!

The chicken in the Pad Thai was amazing! I love that when you order Vegetarian Pho, they keep all the ingredients in a seperate container so they dont soak up the amazing broth. which i will be thinking about that broth for the next month. And they gave me so much fresh basil and cilantro with the pho.

Yum Talay/Thai Seafood Salad so fresh and delicious!Just enough spice and the seafood was perfectly cooked. Pad Thai is always tasty, and good portion as well.
