Got x3 Medium cup 16oz .
The froyo basically came melted once it reached me, maybe I should have known better than to get froyo from a delivery app, but I wish there was some type of insulation that can keep the froyo intact during delivery.
The place called me because they didn't have the original flavor I asked for (Banana pudding), so I asked for Marshmallow flavor instead, but they also didnt have that. I opted for just regular vanilla.
When the froyo arrived, there was writing on the cup that said "No white chocolate chips" on the cup that wanted only white chocolate chips as topping. I wish they had told me about the topping on call, but they didn't. So the cup cane with just the froyo, that was mostly melted.... For $10 you'd think I'd atleast get a call about it

Used the older more stale toppings in the order, proportioning was way off too, in reality this was more like $5 worth of frozen yogurt

I love their yogurt, but do not order from them online. I have given them three chances and they have not gotten my order right once, instead giving me random flavors/toppings and charging me full price for something I didn't order.

I like this menchies and I order a lot but it seems like something is always out lol portions are always great and fruit is fresh . they didn't have the og tart so I tried dole whip instead, it was fine . I would still order again I love menchies !
