I got the large menudo con Large Menudo con Grano, 32oz for 2. It was just ok. The soup itself was pretty greasy on top so I skimmed it before serving. The tripe was a bit slimy like it could have been washed better. And the hominy/maiz was hard like it had been scooped right out of the can without being warmed up.

I ordered the menudo and chilaquiles rojos and, unfortunately, I was pretty disappointed.
The granos in the menudo were tough and difficult to chew, and the broth itself was bland and lacking flavor. The chilaquiles were also underwhelming, they seemed to be coated in chili powder rather than an actual sauce, and the tortilla chips were soggy and unevenly covered. Overall, the meal didn’t meet expectations. ☹️

Rice was hard, my chilaquiles had no cheese, the tortilla from the steak burrito was very hard .
