that beef rib was insanely delicious
so tender and juicy, and incredibly flavorful
and massive
the brisket was really nice too, enjoyed it with their BBQ sauce
also liked their cornbread, potato salad, and cowboy beans

• 6/22/25Have been searching for a go to BBQ place in the South Bay for years and can finally say we found it. The ribs are tender, flavorful, and have a great bark and smoke. I'm not usually a fan of brisket but this place has convinced me. Beautiful smoke ring, tender, and melt in your mouth. I'm a believer. Regarding price, you get a bang for your buck and even a bit more.

• 3/5/26Amazing ribs and cowboy beans that arrived piping hot. If Jackie's Place hadn't sent me a raw rib I'd never have known how good Mesquite and Oak's was. They even included four containers of BBQ sauce that we didn't have to pay for (like Jackie's). Needless to say we'll be going here for our BBQ food from now on.

• 5/21/26Dino Beef Rib is big, juicy, tasty and not expensive. If you get 8pc Cornbread and some sides, it's enough for 3-4 hungry people. Will order it again.

• 8/3/25Wow! Major level up to this bbq joint!! I've visited a few times in the past and this is our second time ordering in. It was always very good but this time it is excellent 👌🏼The Brisket Sandwich was very good!the meat so beautifully seasoned and perfectly handled buttery soft. They noticed my requests (even though I recommend going with the way they serve I'm a bit sensitive to peppers) and it was just so satisfying overall. Nice portion of meat. The corn bread was delicious very fluffy and fresh. The macncheese was macking! with more seasoning than other places (probably mustard in the sauce and a generous amount of ground pepper). The Chicken Thigh (Each) was well seasoned with a good blend thyme/ rosemary great and tasty. Not extremely juicy but I like that style for bbq chicken) they added bbq sauce on the side. The Potato Salad was delicious! fresh and well balanced (I believe it had dill pickles chopped in but in a mild amount which is great!) Good job guys! keep it up
