MUCH IMPROVED Milanoes of Bvck! We quit purchasing from this location due to terrible portions, etc and only visit Original Milanoes on brown St/Dayton however a neighbor said it was better now so we gave it a shot and the tuna salad was normal portion and fresh; the milano potatoes were still warm and lo and behold, the sour cream wasnt a melted puddle as previous, numerous occasion! The Chicago Italion beef WAS well portioned and met the standards Milanoes created on Brown St, decades ago! Thank you! We sorely missed a convenient Milanoes location!

the 1/2 Spicy Bacon Cheddar Cheesesteak was sloppy and had hardly anything on it. I requested no oil and as you can see it is covered in it. You charged $12 for this? the Kids Chicken Tenders was supposed to have three tenders but had only 2.

The major issue was their was approximately a tbspoon of tina spread thin as ice and 3 thin slices of tomato so basically a mayo sandwich. I couldnt taste any tuna to expeess IF it were tasty.
Milanoes's was SO great when they were a lil place on Brown St in Dayton in the 80's! They used ovens, didnt microwave and all of us college kids LIVED and waited in long lines for their food. The italion beef was what they WERE known for and WE gave up on that item, years ago, once they started nuking it and beef tasted old consistenty and NOW, we are done with our Nostalgic Milanoe's. Once they expanded, everything in their menu has went down in quality and ridiculously priced. Try Submarine house is MY best reccomendation at this point. Another fave from college days!

the strawberry salad was kind of bland. There was no feta cheese and the strawberries were visibly old with barely any flavor. There were only 3 walnuts. We basically paid $10 for plain mixed greens and it was missing the garlic bread.
The calzones were good, but had no ricotta cheese in them, just mozzarella, which was extremely disappointing. Not at all like it was back when I worked there

Food was hot and tasty. The Chicago Italian Beef sandwich was pretty good, the bread was a little tough but still tasted pretty good. Kids pepperoni pizza meal was the perfect size.
