• 3/18/24Usually this store is pretty good at following directions. Last night I did a build your own cup and they got it perfect. Today I got the same exact thing and what I got instead was a cup that was filled with unrolled ice cream and a half inch thick layer of nutella, definitely not a "drizzle". The waffle cone was crushed under the nutella and there was melted and smushed whipped cream on top barely kept in by the lid. A total mess. Didn't even finish it because it ended up melting while I was digging through the layer of nutella.

• 7/27/23So good! Definitely a new favorite ice cream spot. The only suggestion I would make is having more mix in options for the custom flavor!

• 3/30/24Im starting to think the weekend crew hates their job. It seems like every weekend when I order, I always get a messed up order. This time for my Matcha Made In Heaven they put a giant glob of red bean as the only topping. No panda cookies, no pocky, no mochi, no whipped cream and no condensed milk. Rolled ice cream is slowly becoming less worth the extra price. Avoid ordering on the weekend at all costs.
