Wow!!!! We had a unique situation and urgent. This team delivered and huge. The sushi was amazing. The team just as amazing. Our new favorite sushi place. Delicious!

I had the Mizu Roll earlier this week and it was perfect - tonight the cilantro was browning and the salmon was chewy, we barely ate half of it. The Alaska Roll I had to spit it out multiple times because the salmon was impossible to chew... did not even eat half of that. The Crispy Spicy Tuna was the star of the show - delicious and cooked great. The Spicy Salmon Roll was basic, but not bad, especially not as bad as the Alaska and Mizu rolls.

The O-Toro nigiri was not fresh and the Sea Monster Roll was very slimy (we love seaweed salad but the rest of the roll shouldn't be soggy and slimy too). The Tokyo Roll was mushy but fine.
The rice for the Crispy Spicy Tuna was not crispy and the top was muddled together so you could barely distinguish the spicy tuna from the other toppings.
Overall, the sushi was fishy in a way that made us question its freshness, and we ordered on a Saturday which is the day we'd typically expect the fish to be the freshest. Disappointing and will not order again.

Food was okay. Ramen broth was good, but chasu was course and overcooked. Sushi was on par with what I have had in Colorado, not great but edible.

The sushi was ok until I bit into a piece with fish bone in it and completely lost my appetite. Ramen was ok - there are many better options in Denver. Broth wasn't very flavorful. Wouldn't order from here again.
