• 6/7/25We have been going to Mizu for many years, they helped us have more variety during the pandemic five years ago. I love their gyoza and their bento boxes. The portions are large enough that I almost always have leftovers for lunch the next day, but I order with that in mind. They will also steam items if you request it, which is great when you want to cut out oils and fats from your meal. Their salad dressing is always fresh, I wish they sold it in a bottle to use at home! I will always order when I'm in Schenectady.

• 5/23/26I absolutely love this restaurant. The sushi is top notch, the miso soup is always warm and tasty, the portion sizes leave me comfortablly full and I appreciate the fact that they always respect my wishes by not adding avocado due to my allergies. I do not know her name, but the woman at the register is extremely gentle and kind. She takes care in providing great customer service. I highly recommend this place!

• 8/29/25My Dad worked for a Japanese company all my life, so I grew up eating Japanese food. This is real Japanese food, and amazingly delicious. The owners are super kind, and the restaurant is sparkling clean.
