The Steak and Cheese flavor was delicious. I loved the soft pretzel roll and the cheese sauce. I would recommend that if the roll is going to be cut all the way through, the sandwich should be cut in half, making handling the sandwich more manageable. The fries were really good but I was really pleasantly surprised to find the "Simply Heinz" Ketchup packet. For those ofus managing our sugar intake this is fabulous. "No artificial sugars added." Whoo who!!!

How disappointing! First, neither item was on pretzel bun (main reason I ordered a the Ballpark Dog from this store). Second, the BBQ Bacon Chicken Sandwich was awful, 2 pieces of overcooked, highly breaded chicken and barely any bbq sauce. The sandwiches were all bread (neither pretzel), very little meat. The only reason they get 2 stars is because they are open late hours. Nonetheless, they will not be getting my repeat business.

Both Hotdogs were missing items, that were supposed to be included. The LA Street Dog was missing: sauteed jalapenos, serrano peppers, onions, mayo, and mustard. The Ballpark Dog was missing relish. The fries were undercooked. The Ball Bucket was dry and flavorless. Very disappointed

The philly cheesesteak did not come on a pretzel roll, it was a regular sub roll. The portion is tiny and absolutely not worth the price.

this is the second time I ordered from this company and both times the food has been incorrect BBQ Bacon Chicken Sandwich
