Crab bites were also over cooked and hard I was sent tartar sauce instead of remoulade sauce. For the price of these dishes sad to say it definitely wasn't worth it and never received the warm bread that they would normally send. This isn't our first time ordering from here. "Quality has remained poor since the pandemic. We used to eat here twice a month, then once a month during the pandemic to support the diner. Our order now in summer 2024 was bordering inedible. The price of the flat iron Local Flat Iron Steak & Eggs is up by $10 and the flat iron steak was (and has been the last 3 times) nearly all fat and gristle. Not just the edges, but throughout the entire steak! The eggs were astonishing tiny and undercooked with "medium" yokes crushed and leaking all over, the potatoes were old and soaked in grease, and the toast was burned. There was NO gravy with the Country-Fried Steak & Eggs and the same thing with the eggs, potatoes and toast. Sadly, we give up and won't be ordering from here again. "

"The Steak and Cheese flavor was delicious. I loved the soft pretzel roll and the cheese sauce. I would recommend that if the roll is going to be cut all the way through, the sandwich should be cut in half, making handling the sandwich more manageable. The fries were really good but I was really pleasantly surprised to find the "Simply Heinz" Ketchup packet. For those ofus managing our sugar intake this is fabulous. "No artificial sugars added." "How disappointing! First, neither item was on pretzel bun (main reason I ordered a the Ballpark Dog from this store). Second, the BBQ Bacon Chicken Sandwich was awful, 2 pieces of overcooked, highly breaded chicken and barely any bbq sauce. The sandwiches were all bread (neither pretzel), very little meat. The only reason they get 2 stars is because they are open late hours. Nonetheless, they will not be getting my repeat business."
