Best Mexican food in Fallon - i've tried them all. Tons of flavor, hot, fresh, and fair prices. Staff is always friendly.
My favorites are the quesobirria and WET BURRITO/BURRITO MOJADO. My wife loves birria tacos and carne ASADA FRIES. I pretty much order lunch or dinner here every weekend, or when we're just craving taco shop.
Dont forget the fresh horchata or Jamaica.

Used to love MM Food truck and would order birria tacos often. I'm not sure if the cooks have changed but now there is less meat (one time we got tacos with basically no meat) and cheese per taco, the tortillas are barely cooked and the consume is EXTREMELY oily with no flavor now. I'll keep trying but disappointing.

First time ordering from MM and was not disappointed. Delicious and filling! Will definitely order again on a regular basis. Big cheesy taco, Big Burrito, and tasty multi ingredient tacos were all on point!

This was the first time the food didn't look appealing, the meat was dry and not much cheese on the tacos, it lacked care who ever put it together which sucks because I paid 18$ for something I had to make myself eat, whereas I usually only dash the dam thing from this restaurant because of how good the Birria tacos are.

Flavor has gone down hill. We have been regulars since this food truck opened. The flavor used to be outstanding but no anymore. It's been consistently getting worse. The meat ( we had steak and chicken tonight) was very dry, over cooked and had no flavor. I got a side of rice and beans and even that was a bust. And it's hard to mess up re-fried beans. The salsa wich used to be amazing tasted like spicy cilantro (both the red and green). I've seriously never seen so much cilantro in or on a dish as they regularly use here and I'm a cilantro lover. Portions and pricing are still great but, that doesn't matter if you don't enjoy the food. Bottom line, unless you need an affordable deal and don't care what the food tastes like I'd recommend passing on this place until this phase (I really hope it a phase) has passed.
