The cups are bad quality. A little bit of time in my car's cupholder and it had zero structural integrity. They tasted ok but I would have preferred to be able to order with light ice, and the cup lids didn't want to stay put either

The drink did not look like the picture it is undrinkable. I thought it was a smoothie because that's what it looked like it came with a undrinkable mango juice, and just some small pieces of ice.

Ordered from here 2 days in a row, multiple drinks. One order requested extra boba and neither drink had much boba in it. The 2nd order, same drinks ordered. They came with barely any boba and the boba must be old, it was very mushy. Grossed out and threw away both drinks. Won't order from here again.
