Staff are friendly & Amazing! They make the pizza taste much better because of the atmosphere they bring. Did I say tasty pizza enough? Well done MOD Staff!

Normally I love Mod but i also get it in person myself. Decided to get it on doordash and ordered a one topping pepperoni and got a pizza with SO much cheese and barely any pepperoni with little to no sauce.
basically eating cheese at this point.
Definitely not ordering Mod on DoorDash anymore

After ordering from DoorDash I called and asked for extra cheese to be added. They confirmed extra cheese would be added. When I received the order, extra cheese was NOT added. In fact, large portions of the pizza had NO cheese at all.

Ordered the pies to be extra crispy and they showed up barely cooked. Dough was still mostly white and not browned. The pies tasted mushy instead of crispy. Had to re-heat them in my own oven. Portion was good and toppings were exactly as ordered just wish they would've been cooked longer.

I specified "extra crispy" in the selections when placing my order. The pizza that I received wasn't even cooked to regular temperature, it was still partly doughy... I had to heat up my oven to finish cooking it
