I ordered the Spinach & Egg along with the Brisket & Egg Tacos and they were filling and seasoned. The texture and taste of the fresh tortillas were a Plus. Only thing I'd recommend is to mix eggs with the meat.
Meaning, blend eggs and meat preferred, so it's not more eggs than meat included.

the chorizo and egg arent bad, definitely be careful adding cheese because they added soo much. the brisket is disgusting, like actually gross nasty. it taste like salty pot roast and it's slimy. if in a pinch, get chorizo and maybe even fajita? i would say avoid the "brisket" as much as you can

The best breakfast tacos in town (and I KNOW breakfast tacos). The brisket and fajita tacos are both awesome - and I haven't ever had better Chorizo tacos either. I'm also addicted to their salsas. Can't recommend enough!!

The chicken with the alambre was great, but the beef was pretty typical fajita meat with its usual surprises. That said, though, I really wished we would have found this place the first night we were in town, as opposed to another Tex-Mex joint, which was a big disappointment. Really good tortillas, also. Next time I'm in Houston, I'm going to visit this place again if I can. The Guacamole Nachos suffered because our address was hard to find and it took a little longer than ideal. Our driver was considerate and patient.
