• 6/8/22The entree we ordered was out of stock(braised short ribs), instead of calling us to check and see if we'd like a refund for the item or what we'd like to replace it with, they sent us a salmon dinner w/o asking if we wanted that or had any allergies. The pretzel we ordered was very stale and came in a pool of oil. Really disappointed with our order and the lack of effort they put into it :(

• 2/25/24Reuben was tasty, though received wrong side again! Blackened Beef Tips were neither blackened nor tips. Reasonably tender, though a little well done/over cooked. Not blackened. Grill marks were clear...basically a sirloin steak cut into four large pieces. Not the end of the world, but not as described.

• 9/28/23The corned beef was so dry and the potatoes were hard, not good at all especially for the price, so disappointing. Should get a credit for it!
