Ordered a large pizza and they brought me the wrong size but mountain state stepped up even when they didnt have to and fixed the order. This was a great manager interaction. Ive always loved mountain state and this just shows rhatthey care more about making customers happy than their "bottom line" I will keep eating at mountian state and highly recommend

Both Pizzas were burned (over cooked. Cheese was brown)

We waited an hour for the food. Our dasher waited 30 mins at the store for the food. The food had no flavor! The apple slaw had old apples that tainted the whole sandwich. This $50 dinner was sub par.

Thought things would get better after awhile but they've only gone further downhill. Price is remaining about the same as the portions they give get smaller and smaller. However, it's still the best artichoke dip in town.

The wood-fired bruschetta was pretty enjoyable. The Greek salad was ok, but very acidic with the balsamic dressing, banana peppers and kalamata olives. It kind of soured my stomach. I think next time I will try the salad with blue cheese and walnuts instead or maybe a pizza.
