I could not believe the amount of steak on my Medium Hot Buttered Cheesesteak™ (1168 calories) , It was so thick I almost couldn't bite it. I did pay $2.50 for extra meat, but I guess that isn't necessary at this location. this was my 1st order from East side . (I just moved). but the tots were very disappointing, cold & soggy.

4 pieces of thin meat on a very STALE cardboard tasting bun. And they sent me the wrong size sandwich. The great $10.99 RIP OFF !!!

This location needs to be shut down PERMANENTLY! The Customer Service at this location absolutely SUCKS! Stale buns tiny portions and management doesn't care. Do yourself a big favor and go to the one in the 24600 block of Euclid Ave MUCH better customer service there.
