The Large Mozzarella Sticks (1006 calories) were overcooked and half of the cheese was out of them. The Large Loaded Potato Waffers® (1066 calories) were drenched in so much ranch that they were inedible.

I didn't receive my Large Cheddar Cheese Sauce (119 calories). The fires tasted like the grease was old. And the meat on my Roman was very light in color as if they half cooked it.

I discovered this MH is not the one I frequent. Now I get why the burger here is tasteless & waffle fries are mushy limp.

Embarrassing portion/topping size. Large sandwich or $18 and there was barely any meat. Felt like i was holding a hoadie slider it was so thin. Mr hero is already expensive and you used to get big A sandwiches. Guess they're trying to save money by putting less on the sandwiches now smh. Not worth the money. Subway sandwiches would have more meat hahaha
