Beef to mushy. Flavor not as good as pas. Chicken not as flavorful

The food tastes old . The side dishes looks like been scraped fromt the bottom especially the clear noodles its all shredded. The kimchi doesn't taste like kimchi. Very disappointed.

The quality for to-go orders has declined drastically. I feel like they do not care about quality when it comes to food app orders. My food was so oily and it looked like we were given the scraps or leftovers from an already prepped meal. The sushi that comes with the Beef Bulgogi Bento Box was so mushy and soggy. The beef was oily and broken. It didn't even look like bulgogi beef slices, it was more like ground beef. Which isn't what I paid for. Seriously, they need to fix this issue, until then I will not be ordering again. Poor food quality.

Food was exceptional, reminds me of my Korean grandma's cooking! Love it!
