Wow!! that Beast Style burger was just what I needed. added some bacon and caramelized onions .... Perfection.

Got the beast style double and the beast style fries. Burger was not at all what I'd consider a smash burger. The patties were also like 75% of the size of the bun, so there was a meatless bite or two. Flavor was great, but not at all what I had anticipated. Fries and cookie were good.

Not as good as before. Karl's deluxe is supposed to have caramelized onions, but mine came with huge pieces of raw chopped white onion. Same thing with the beast fries, raw onion. We ordered seasoned fries that came unseasoned, and the burger patties were way smaller than the bun. Disappointing

Not as good as before. We ordered one seasoned fry which came unseasoned. And the burger Patty on our burgers was too small for the bun.

fries undercooked and soggy as with most places. if they would learn to just cook them very crispy they would last as a to-go item. also the crisp Burger is supposed to have fries on it and didn't because everyone rushes to get orders out instead of actually making sure the quality is there. otherwise everything tasted great
