If you choose spicy then immagine the perfect spiciness level. I will get very spicy next time but the kofta balls were made fresh, you can definitely taste that. The Tandoori Roti picks up the sauce like a thinner version of their naan. I honestly do not enjoy most of the food in Oviedo so im always cooking, but there are a few diamonds among the rough, and tabla is killin it for me. Plus new places keep popping up that are so good, honestly this vegetarian kofta made me forget about the basmati and roti AND meat altogether. I had a bad tummy and was grossed out to eating any food but i knew that this would help and it did. I highly recommend that meat eaters take breaks and fast and detox from meats by eating vegetarian on and off. Indian food knows vegetarian with their eyes blind folded and their hands tied behind their backs. You would think that a grandma is back there doing all the cooking. Food in Oviedo will improve over time the more that people in this town can recognize what good food really is. "
