The burgers that I ate were good. The fries were good, but half of the burgers were not made correctly. They were like twisted around and the buns were all messed up.

Order missing items and incorrect. I ordered Nashville hot 6x6 chicken sliders and got 4x.5 buffalo sliders. Ordered 6x6 bacon smash burgers and got regular burgers with no secret sauce. Paid 3 dollars extra in sauces they did not put in bag. Took over an hour to get also.

I ordered the 4x4 4X4 CHOPPED CHEESE COMBO expected to receive exactly that. Upon opening the box, I found only half the buns had any meat in them and the meat wasn't, at all, chopped as advertised. What I received was two slider patties, when (even though not in the shape I ordered them) it should have been four slider patties.

First time ordering burgers burnt and hardly any cheese on 4X4 CHOPPED CHEESE COMBO. I won't order from here again .

Well they do taste alright, but I ordered the 6X6 BACON SMASH BURGER ended up having no bacon just meat and cheese.
