Excellent food at MV Pita! Last night we ordered from Cafe Mix & the food was horrible (see my review there). So tonight we tried MV Pita & the food was terrific! The food came hot & fresh, tasty & cooked perfectly. Portions were very generous & well packaged. I ordered the Pick Three which I chose the lamb, chicken shawarma & gyro meat. All the proteins were flavorful and moist and freshly cooked. The food even arrived still hot! There was a bed of rice, & some hummus & two types of pita bread. All were delicious. It also came with a small salad & I ordered their garlic sauce & tzatziki both of which were fresh and delicious! My husband had the Gyros Plate which he also enjoyed. Again, the food was hot, flavorful & fresh. We also ordered two pieces of baklava, & the pieces were a good size, drizzled in honey, fresh & heavenly! MV Pita obviously takes pride in their food & cares about their customers. We definitely recommend MV Pita & we'll continue to eat there. Excellent food!

Decided to give this place a shot, sitting here in regret now. The pick 2 is a joke, the price for what they provide is well below ANY Mediterranean/Arabic places I have been to. The Kefta was dry, cold in the middle, long pieces of stems, and the size well below average. Gyro thin and flavorless. Rice, so dry and flavorless and the cost of a side is almost $2 more than most places charge. Garlic sauce has ruined my palette from an old bitter taste. Babaganoush and hummus both chunky and also stringy. Sadly the only things that had some flavor and were the appropriate temperature was the kids chicken tenders and fries which was also unnecessarily expensive for frozen bulk food.
I hate to be that person to complain, but when the cost of food is already high, then the cost is inflated more than the competition, and provides less quality...it should be addressed.

Best Mediterranean food around. I got the GYROS PLATE, with spicy hummus and mvp fries for my sides. And O-M-G.... the spicy hummus is the best I've ever had. By far. The mvp are a must. I've been going here for years, usually on Mondays bc they have great deals on the gyros. The food is always fresh. Chefs kiss :-*

The best I have found since Egypt. LOVED the LEMON CHICKEN SOUP! Still hot with a long delivery! Babaganoush and Arabic EXTRA PITA BREAD was outstanding! GYROS PITA was really good, I am told. I don't eat them, but that one smelled so good I was tempted. (Ordered no tomatoes and they complied) Will 100% order again!!
