had the first order mistaken but cs was able to help, shout out to Annant for the assist in contacting cs. Second time was great. Food was delicious and the chicken was juicy and cooked well and the portion is also good. The house salad was fresh, I wish I got the bigger size but its okay.

$10 for half a small box of mashed potatoes was disappointing. I was expecting enough to split for 2 people.
The bag was torn, and part of the contents were sitting on the ground next to the bag. Something could have crawled into it as the food is in unsealed boxes.
The chicken smells good, at least.
I hope the store can work on sturdier and better sealed bags.

Normally it's pretty good but this time the Peri Peri Wedges had one wedge with seasoning and the 1/4 was the smallest I've ever seen it. ¼ Chicken Leg + Thigh

Very small 1/4 chicken portion. Extra hot sauce is mild tasting. Skin wasn't charred or glazed like the photos, more like steamed chicken (chicken skin was white). Meat was also not tender. Small portion peri fries were very salty. Would not recommend. Not worth the price. Surprised this is a grilled chicken establishment!

Portions are ridiculously small and laughable. The delivery bag was so light I thought they might've forgotten something! Side options are overpriced and limited.
I've had Nando's abroad so it's easy to compare. What I got tonight is HALF the portion size for double the price... and by abroad I mean Europe, where basic portions are usually considerably smaller than in Canada, and where the euro/pound are way stronger then the Canadian dollar, so meals should cost more. And yet here we are.
For comparison's sake: protein + TWO sides costs no more than £10 altogether...
Won't order again.
