The Strawberry Smoothie struck that rare balance that a lot of places miss—rich and creamy without being overwhelmingly sweet. The texture was smooth and velvety, almost like a dessert, but still light enough to feel refreshing rather than heavy. The natural strawberry flavor came through clearly, without being drowned in sugar, which made it feel more authentic and thoughtfully made. It’s the kind of drink you could easily come back for again and again.
On the other hand, the Vietnamese Coffee was a bit of a mixed experience. At first sip, it delivered exactly what you’d expect—bold, aromatic, and nicely balanced with that signature sweet condensed milk. However, as you continued drinking, a strange aftertaste began to develop. It wasn’t overpowering, but definitely noticeable and unexpected. That lingering flavor took away from what initially felt like a promising cup, especially if you’re familiar with how clean and smooth the finish of Vietnamese coffee.

I'm Vietnamese and I love to travel and try different kind of Vietnamese food. This place was disappointing...the tamarind rolls were dry, seems like it has been left to refrigerate, so the ingredients were starting to harden up. The dipping sauce was not tangy or sweet either. I ordered a Viet Ice Coffee as well and it's not strong enough. It tasted very watery and a bit too sweet. It only took the dasher 10 mins to delivered the items to me but all the ice seems to have melted. I have tried other viet places in Seattle and I wouldn't recommend this place. I paid $32 for this snack and coffee including a $5 tip for the dasher and I felt like I wasted my money :(

This place is so good. I love the spring rolls. And their peanut sauce. Only thing I’d do is a little bit more hoisin but the spice in the sauce is great. Very filling. Their drinks are just as amazing.
