Pay almost 8 dollars for a kitty cup of milkshake.. but everything else it was pretty good, but they need to do better with the drinks

I ordered the combo and did not receive the fries. My food bag was just an open bag. No security not even tied or stapled. Will not be ordering from them again. I would like to be compensated for my missing item.
