Received my order and I was very impressed. Food was very hot and exactly how I ordered it. I can't eat rice and they read my instructions not to include rice. The portion sizes are plenty! They included a bag of crispy chow mein with my Wonton Soup, love that. The Honey Chicken Wing are huge and the sauce is great! The C7. Sweet & Sour Chicken is so good! The Egg Roll are HUGE! Definitely will order from here again without hesitation!

everything was delicious the lemon teas were filled to the top and just the right sweetness, the Shrimp Fried Rice had the biggest shrimp I've ever had in it definitely getting that again the general General Tso's Chicken had fresh chicken chunks in. some stores give you over cooked or stale chicken or try to smother it in so much sauce you don't it this store did a fantastic job!

Some of the best Chinese food in Richmond. The Sesame Chicken was so good, it reminded me of a place in my hometown that closed down years ago. Best Crab Rangoon I've ever had. My partner said that the C22. Orange Chicken was amazing! The egg rolls were the most flavorful and crunchy egg rolls I've ever had. Portion size was perfect, it was hot and fresh. 10/10 would order again!

I've ordered from New Top's China at other locations and the quality of the food at this location was significantly lower. Typically Lo Mein is an entree. Half of the container was filled with unflavored fried rice. The shrimp fried rice had no vegetables. It was again unflavored rice and shrimp. I was very disappointed.

I just had an incredible experience at New Top China's! The C11. Beef with Broccoli was an absolute delight—plentiful and bursting with flavor. I was blown away by the generous portions, and everything arrived steaming hot and fresh. The eggroll was simply divine! I can't recommend this place enough; it’s a must-try for anyone craving delicious Chinese food!
