i haven't gotten to the Spicy Poke yet, but the Salmon Nigiri (2pc) is VERY fresh and mild. very good salmon, and the slice portions are nicely thick.

Matcha Smoothie 24oz has good flavor and is a fair price for the size ^_^.The Tuna Avocado Roll looks and taste fresh as always! Repeat customer that will continue to come back.

The Shrimp Tempura (6pc) was underwhelming, little flavor. I've only had it one other time so not much to compare to but not my favorite. The Biak Special Roll came with eel sauce and I absolutely hate it, unfortunately. Would recommend to business to update their descriptions. The Taro Milk Tea 16oz is just not my favorite, but I was trying something new going into it- it was sweet and good but then has a weird taste at the end. The Miso Soup was good.

I love this place and the people that work there. My sushi is always rolled perfect and they make it exactly how I want it! Just enough food and it's always fresh.
