The Fried Rice with Lamb Fillet, Cumin & Chilli was so over cooked that the rice was mushy. The dumplings were also disintegrating being oversteamed. Thick Cut Eggplants Simmered with Shredded Meat in Szechuan Spicy Sauce was the only edible dish.

They didn't put cling wrap on oily noodles so the oil spilled all over the plastic bag inc utensils and other containers. They were probably in a rush becuase it's new years so they get a pass tbh.
