I have a special relationship with this store, the chefs, and the staff. You see, I have ordered from O almost weekly for nearly two years. Sexy Laguna, Philadelphia, red snapper, blue fin... When I say quality is consistent, you can believe me.
This evening's fare inspires this post. Thank you O. Red Snapper with a kiss of smoked salt. Yellow Tail Belly with fresh wasabi. Red Fin properly red, but I understate... Jiro suggests red fin is fine wine, and toro indulgent, negligent, destructive. Today, in Irvine, O delivered red fin grand cru. I thank you.

The sushi was good but today we decided to order the Wagyu Beef Fried Rice and it was a huge disappointment. No flavor and it was certainly not Japanese wagyu, just regular beef and hardly any of it, at nearly $50 it is a major rip off!

Ordered the Salmon Lemon Roll and added cream cheese and it was so yummy! Sexy Laguna Roll & the Seared Yellowtail Roll were really good too. They dont overload the rolls with rice, so you actually get a nice ratio of fish, veggie and rice in each bite! The Wagyu Beef Grade 5 and O Toro sushi were very delicious! Only complaint is I wish I could have added extra wasabi (the regular stuff, not pickled) as I like a lot of spice in each bite. But all in all, everything was good!

This is probably my 5th or 6th doordash order from O. Every single time, the order is exactly how I ordered including the special request for modifications on food. They pay attention and care about their customers. Its a little expensive but it only makes since being you get quality food and made to your expectations. I love this place and will continue to order always. thank you

Love their rolls! Had the Salmon Lemon (I added cream cheese), Sexy Laguna Roll, and Seared Yellowtail Roll and we loved them! The best thing is they dont overfill their rolls with rice! They actually have a great fish to rice ratio. I cant stand when a place just overfills the roll with rice and skimp on fish.. Not here! Yummy!
