I've had positive dine in experiences at the Ken Caryl restaurant, but this delivery experience from one of the other locations was not good. The salmon skin was overcooked to the point of having the appearance and texture of bacon bits. The texture seemed off in the shrimp tempura roll as well... too soggy. I didn't finish my food.

Ordered the Salmon Roll(6) and all I got was strips of raw salmon. Called and was told it wasn't the restaurant's error. That it was the driver, interesting because the bag was not opened. The restaurant was so unhelpful.

Always delicious, but this time one of the rolls was not the same as the picture so was kind of disappointing. The Negihamachi Roll(6).
