the food was bite for bite exceptional, I rarely leave reviews because majority of the time I barely get subpar or low quality from anywhere I order, but OTB did such an incredible job. Exceeded all expectations, absolutely delightful.

$11 for what amounts to a cup of Signature Queso, very small bag of chips & I ordered the extra chips & Chips & Salsa but only the one small bag. There are too many excellent Mexican restaurants to be this sting with portions at this price. I use to or from this location regularly but my money is better spent elsewhere.

Queso tasted like a chemical dip mix, nachos were very soggy (despite immediate pickup and delivery), portions were small compared to the prices charged especially the steak fajitas and portabella bowl. The caramel cheesecake was AMAZING but the sopapillas were SO overdone and very chewy it almost made our jaws hurt-plus no honey included. The dozen tortillas were literally raw AND bc they were put together in the foil, they were stuck together and separating them was impossible. Also ordered the large bag of chips, $11!?!? But only received a small bag.
No cutlery was included.
Will try again and hope it was just an off day. But for an $100 order, pre tax/tip, it was very disappointing.

The quantity received does not match the price of the food. The Classic Fajitas barely come with "fajitas" and just a couple tortillas. Due to the way it is packaged the presentation is subpar. Sour cream mixed with jalepeños is not going to be for everyone. Condiments should always be pacakged separately . The rice was also hard and undercooked.

Who eats fakitas without tortillas and the fixings (pico, sour cream, cheese etc) esp when specifically mentioned in the write up AND other items ordered. Well we didn't get any of that. The fajitas were good.
The portabella bowl was not good. Was the smallest blandest, sogginess portabella I ever had.
The sopapillas were definitely great but no honey or chocolate sauce, as described. I mean what's the point, really --although they were still soft & sugary. Better than last time.
Cheesecake is hard to mess up. It's awesome. But caramel sauce was all over he container and nowhere near the cake itself. Maybe next time drizzle over it???
