• 1/15/26Italian Stromboli isnt layer properly the ham came out in one huge chunk not layered at all with cheese and value wise they give enough meat and flavor is fine but balance is off i say reduce how much ham there is break up the layers using cheese. Im disappointed my first bite and half the sandwich pulls out in a lump you dont get a perfect bite of everything you just get lump of deli-meat i just thru it out. Ohio Valley Pizza (Extra Large) was ok its peperoni and sauce are spicy then other ohio valley style pizzas. Cheese and dough was bland tasted like cold lunchables pizza.
I recommend if PJ's isnt doing well you need reduce menu thus reducing weekly costs and try improve your best sellers. Pizza and subs and pizza rolls see where you can improve quality remove everything else from the menu that cost you more then it makes you money there no way your selling enough of everything to justify all the side menu items in this economy.

• 7/17/26The buffalo chicken fries were not crisp but stil good. However, the Ohio Valley Pizza (Extra Large) tastes gross. The crust tastes like it is/was old and has been sitting around. The crust is hard, not crispy. The cheese is lackluster and poor wuality. I could deal with the poor wiality of toppings if the crust was atleast fresh

• 2/20/26There was no fries on the salad I added way too much spice to the chicken. The ranch dressing taste like sour cream definitely not varsity pizza. Also we ordered the Square pizza and it was hard and cold when it got here. and they didn't send bambino bread that goes with their salads plus charged me for adding chicken to the chicken salads that I ordered.
