Was very good! Thankfully I wanted just something on my stomach for the day as there were only 5 gyozas (snack) and a smaller than expected hot chicken bun! Overall great experience and packaging, but be aware of what you're ordering as the pictures make them look bigger than expected

2 orders of tonkatsu ramen and one vegetable gyoza. So much better when you get it right at the restaurant, sorry to say. Packaging was excellent, noodles separate but so under-cooked we had no microwave them for several minutes to even get al dente. Paid extra for bok choy but it was nothing like pictured; just a few slivers, not even slices. Really not worth the cost.

The spicy miso was good as usual. I would say the hot chicken bao bun is just ok & over priced. $6 for a small item. Delivery was easy & everything packaged well.

Shoyu, no fishcake, with a side of chili crisps please: Noodles have a great bite and thickness. Broth is flavorfully soy-saucey and not too oily. Pork belly is thick and delicious. Heavy on the green onions. Egg is cooked perfectly. Chili crisp portion is on the veryyy small side but a must get if you like a bit of a burnt-ish garlicky taste (yummy). Travels well in the careful packaging as long as the driver doesn't tip the broth cup since its packaged separately from the noodles and toppings. Very well done on a comforting bowl of ramen. I've ordered about 10 times and about 9 of the 10 orders deserves 5 stars. I did have a disappointing portion of pork belly in one order and forgotten chili crisps, but still overall 5 stars.

Very bland ramen, barely any flavor at all- I've been to many ramen places all over the country, from 5 star ramen restaurants to fast food ramen places- this rates below the fast food ramen, at a relatively upscale ramen price
