All burgers are are ground in house every operating day using select cuts of beef & the point part of brisket, picked by me from a local butcher fresh never frozen beef. Cold smoked using cherry & applewood. Then seasoned and perfectly cooked to order. Each burger uses 2 patties & total a 1/3 lb of beef
