Ribs didn't have much meat on them. The chicken in the kids meal was dry and tough. Better last time. Not so good today.

I love PF Chang usually, but this time the food was dry . The ribs didn't include the rub the Mongolian beef had very little sauce which made it dry and the prawns were salty. Hope it's better next time or I'm done.

I use to love the Mongolian Beef, but over the years it's turned into an over-priced dish not worth ordering. First the mushrooms were removed. Now, the beef was juicy but not crispy on the outside, and there was no sauce for the rice to soak up. It was very bland and disappointing. My partner got the Ginger Chicken with Broccoli, which had a lot of sauce, kind of drowning in it really. The chicken was ok, but again, the texture was off, but the broccoli was cooked well—mostly crisp and still green. I will not being ordering take out from P.F. Chang's in the future. It's too expensive for sub-par food.

It's so exciting to be able to eat gluten free Chinese food! The food is consistent and amazing. I feel safe that they're taking care to eliminate cross contaminants in the kitchen.
