So excuses of delivery delays of me not eating it right away do not factor into this. My turkey pesto sandwich was so soggy, it was like a sponge. One side was also very burnt, but the sogginess made scraping the burnt section off easier, so there's that. It was also room temperature cold - and since they grill it like a panini, my guess is that they made it very early, then left it to sit and the condensation made it soggy.
