Thank you for having a large portion high quality fish taco on the menu for under $10. 3 times per week; this is my go to. Outstanding!

I normally enjoy the food here but doordash order is not at par with restaurant food. The sea bass in the bowl is as hard and cold as it can be, not worth the price. Also a tiny poke with a whopping 14 bucks...probably will think twice when I order here from doordash again.

I love their food but this location might be having quality issues or maybe I just got a bad night. bc I feel like the food I get from an alternate location of this chain is more consistent with quality and quantity. The miso soup I ordered was barely half full and the shiitake mushroom was sliced so thin-- I used to get a full soup with thick slices of delicious mushroom. Today the fish and chips was also a bit underdone; the fries in particular felt cold and a bit soggy

I ordered a $38.33 lobster roll with fries. Having had lobster rolls in other places, east & west coast, I was expecting a heap full of lobster; especially when the photo shows a full juicy sandwich.
That is absolutely not what I received. I received 3 pieces of Hawaiian roll and a minuscule amount of dry lobster. As a restaurant manager myself, I would be pissed if I ever saw this go out to a table or a togo order.
Restaurant 101, perceived value. I am completely aware that prices are rising, and expect to pay more for seafood, especially lobster tail; there is no excuse for what I received.

Overly cooked salmon burnt in the sides, too much rice, way too less veggies.. paid 22$ plus tax to get unhealthy food thinking it is made healthy based on photos
