The grilled chicken had ZERO grill marks, needed salt and some type of sauce.  The fried rice needed more flavor but was at least not over or under cooked.  The Veggie Spring Rolls were a waste of money as the veggies were mushy and under seasoned.   I tried Panda Express when it first opened up here in El Paso, and sadly the food has not improved over time so I won't be a repeat customer.

White rice tasted like dirty water and the orange chicken was hard not crispy. Had a weird taste as well. Waste of money.

Pretty disappointed!  Their signature orange chivken was not as usual.  The size of the chicken was less than 1", so ratio of batter to chicken was too much. Pieces so small, chicken was overcooked, dry and tasteless.

Just one piece of chicken 1/2" x  3 in my chicken & mushroom. Just ALL mushroom & zucchini!  Orange chicken  just as great as always.
