Not sure who the credit should go to there tonight, but this is the best Panda Express meal I've had in a very long time. Rice is moist and plump, broccoli and ragoons cooked just right, and the orange chicken is nice and juicy, all items seemingly fresh 😊

Orange chicken tasted like it was sitting out for hours, it was hard and inedible. The Rangoon was also old and edges of all were hard and chewy. Will not order from here again, very poor quality.

I eat panda across the bay area, so far it is the worst and they put very small entrees

My food was hot but NOT fresh. It taste like it was something that was about to be thrown out. I ordered the new crispy steak and shrimp. Barely any steak, tons of shrimp. It was 15 shrimp!! Who eats 15 shrimp? They should have just canceled the order instead of thinking it was okay to serve that. I would never from location again.

Every item is super dry, I wondered how old it is. I recognize that panda express is economical, but this isnt even value for that money, plus terrible hygiene and taste
