The Teriyaki Chicken and Broccoli Bowl was very good, however Id recommend taking the cilantro off as it was overpowering.

Italian steak sandwich tasted good but not sure why the dressing was poured on the OUTSIDE of the sandwich. Was a rather soggy mess. Also, when a lower price item is substituted for a higher priced one (Kitchen Sink Cookie), would expect the difference to be refunded unless compensated otherwise. Bit of a bummer this trip.

Coffee was cold. Employees needed to heat up per cup. Unacceptable when spending money on a tote! Bagels good and fresh, but cream cheese containers were packed into the bottom of the bag of bagels. Poor packaging for a morning office meeting. Delivery was great and timely!

it tasted great but the portions are a little crazy small. I can't imagine how small a soup I would have gotten if I didn't pay extra for the whole bowl. we're all paying more for less than we used to get from these places. lol

First of all, in this economy why would you make a Grilled Cheese sandwich with the ends of the loaf of bread? Disgusting! NEW Cinnamon Croissant Bites were hard as rocks. The bag felt like the food sat under a warm light all day. The packaging and food was just horrible!
