Love getting a pick 2 and dipping my baguette in my soup. Very warm and a great comfort food when you feel a little under the weather. I'm not a tea drinker at all but their passion fruit green tea is the only "tea" I'll drink. I love the selection and you can even order from the bakery as dessert, breakfast the next morning, or whatever suits your schedule.

Poor tamper evident packaging. Nothing protecting the smoothie. NEW Ultimate Garden Steak Salad Stuffer had very little if any steak. Ranch Parm BLT Salad Stuffer had absolutely no bacon, zero. Just mush stuffed in bread. I have had similar issues in the past with different items. Think I'm done with Panera

The smoothies are amazing. The mac n cheese was really good and creamy. However, one sandwich I ordered was missing ingredients and the Classic Grilled Cheese Sandwich I got today was absolutely not worth $9. Flavorless and boring. Do not spend the money. 0/2 on my sandwichs so far.

I was very disappointed with the chicken noodle soup. The soup literally had one small spoonful of noodles/veggies...that was it. We did not see any chicken. The rest of the bowl was just broth. I feel like I wasted my money.
Normally we like Panera. our sandwiches today were tasty with fresh ingredients. I don't know however if I'll order again.

This location is always a problem to order from, most of the time they forget something or get the order wrong/don't follow instructions for leaving someone off. This time they were out of fruit cups this time as well as some of the bagel types we ordered. They were able to substitute for different bagels but they only gave us some bread pieces instead of the fruit cups, they did not substitute anything else or refund the cost, which as you know is a couple dollars extra each. they went through our Dasher instead of calling us directly and when I asked if they would refund or substitute, they said check the order, indicating they would refund but they didn't.
